Set in a world two years after the events of the previous work, *Ultraman Ginga*, this installment revolves around a new paranormal phenomenon and the establishment of a special task force—UPG (full name: Ultra Party Guardians)—to prepare for the crisis. The underground residents, the mysterious energy crystal "Vekkterium Crystal," the Chibullian alien Exela, who plans to seize the "Vekkterium Crystal," along with hisunderling android robot -10 and monsters, and the new Ultraman "Vekkterium Ultraman," and the upgraded "Galaxy Strium form" that has gained new power from Ultraman Taro. Building upon the scale of the previous work, this is a full-fledged tokusatsu adventure.
