Video information

The protagonist, Takuya Arima, is a high school student who leads a carefree life. His father is a historian who went missing while conducting research, leaving Takuya and his stepmother to live together. During the summer vacation, Takuya receives a package from his father, which contains a compass, three crystal beads, and a letter stating, "Time is reversible, but history is not," along with some information about the concept of parallel worlds. The letter instructs Takuya to meet someone at the famous landmark, Cape of the Sword, that evening. That night, Takuya arrives at Cape of the Sword as planned and finds his stepmother, Ayumi, and his father's research partner, Kozanji Yukisan, already there. Kozanji, who was initially kind, suddenly turns hostile, demanding that Takuya hand over the package he received and threatens him with a gun. Just as the situation becomes critical, a bolt of lightning strikes the sacred stone of the shrine, causing Takuya to faint. When Takuya wakes up, he finds himself alone. After returning home and sleeping, he realizes something is amiss. His stepmother and Kozanji have no memory of the events that occurred the previous night. At this point, Takuya discovers that the items his father sent him areMagic props that allow him to freely travel between parallel worlds. He then embarks on a series of investigations to find his father's true whereabouts.
