In the year 2062, Earth is divided into two major factions vying for control of the orbital elevator. The protagonist, Kei Katsuragi, belongs to the Free Space Army, which plans to destroy the energy supply of the orbital elevator using the newly developed D-Weapon, "Time-Vibration Bomb." However, their operation is met with intense enemy fire, forcing them to retreat. In a moment of desperation and rage, Kei Katsuragi activates the uncalibrated Time-Vibration Bomb, inadvertently triggering an unforeseen temporal disruption. This results in multiple worlds merging and creating a chaotic "Clash World." Kei Katsuragi is swept up in the temporal shockwave and is transported to the chaotic "Time Century 20," twenty years after the event. Kei is found by a caravan of Eman (エマーン) and joins them, but due to being a critical "Singularity" for restoring the chaotic timeline, he becomes the target of various factions. As he battles and seeks solutions, he encounters his former classmate, Osen, who confronts him in battle. He even meets his future daughter, Athena. Kei will ultimately face a world where the old and new coexist and attempt to restore the disrupted timeline. He eventually discovers that the final solution to restoring the timeline is to travel back to the moment just before the Time-Vibration Bomb was activated and eliminate his past self...
