"You'll never beat me in your lifetime." The words of rival skater, Reona Shinzaki, made Maizumi Ayaka give up figure skating. Years later, as a high school student, Maizumi, with her exceptional athletic abilities, serves as an outside helper for various clubs, yet she remains unenthusiastic about anything and simply lets her days pass by. One day, Maizumi sees her former rival, Shinzaki, holding a press conference, announcing her shift from individual events to Skate-Leading. Shortly after, a young man named Susei Ishi appears before Maizumi. He seems to know about her past achievements in individual figure skating and tells her, "I need you," inviting her to join the world of Skate-Leading, a team-based figure skating competition.
