Everyone has a side they keep hidden — this is an era where espionage wars are fiercely waged behind closed doors across the world. The Cold War between Ostania and Westalis has lasted for decades. "Twilight" is an exceptional spy in the Ostania Countermeasures Division of Westalis's intelligence agency, WISE. To investigate a person who threatens the peace between the two nations — Donovan Desmond, the president of Ostania's National Unification Party — his superior assigns him a top-secret mission. The mission is called "Strix" Operation, which requires him to "form a family within a week and infiltrate the social club of the prestigious school attended by Desmond's son." Thus, "Twilight" assumes the identity of a psychiatrist named Lloyd Fogarty and begins to form a family. However, the daughter he finds, Ania, is a telepath, and his wife, Yol, is a killer. Despite their conflicting backgrounds, they agree to keep their true identities hidden and start living together. The peace of the world rests in the hands of this makeshift family, where unexpected events keep unfolding.
