Four Wheel Boy (voiced by Masako Nozawa) has been having the same dream repeatedly and has always wanted to know the name of the car in his dream. He lives with his grandmother and prays before the portraits of his deceased grandfather and parents before having breakfast. Today is his debut race, and he must win. Before the race, Four Wheel Boy uses his mini four-wheel drive car to knock the arrogant Scallion Team's Road Chaser car into the sea. The race begins, and Four Wheel Boy'sSudden attack team faces off against the Scallion Team. TheSudden attack team consists of No. 5 Xiao Lian's Fire Wheel, No. 4 A Guang's Big Cannon, No. 3 A Jin's Speed Star, No. 2 A Xiong's Sun God, and No. 1 Four Wheel Boy's Emperor. They each place their cars on the track, and an intense race is about to begin...
