Felix Baumgartner, with the support of a team of aviation experts, is preparing to challenge the Red Bull Stratos project. He will ascend to the stratosphere at a height of 36,000 meters using a hot air balloon and then jump, setting a new record for freefall. Felix Baumgartner hopes to become the first person to achieve supersonic speed without the protection of an aircraft, while also providing new data for medical and scientific research. After undergoing pressure chamber tests in Texas, the project will finally enter its most critical phase in Roswell, New Mexico. The "Red Bull Stratos" team aims to break four world records that have stood for over 50 years: the highest manned balloon flight (36,000 meters), the highest skydive, breaking the sound barrier in freefall, and the longest freefall duration (approximately 5 minutes and 30 seconds).
