"Eastern Imperial Valley" is a large-scale epic documentary jointly produced by CCTV, the Propaganda Department of Shaanxi Provincial Committee of the CPC, the Shaanxi Provincial Bureau of Cultural Relics, and the Shaanxi Cultural Investment Group. The documentary takes the imperial tombs, historical sites, and cultural relics within Shaanxi Province as its basic resources to explore the rise and fall of the tomb owners, the rise and fall of the dynasties behind them, and the growth of civilization depicted by each dynasty. Whether it's the Zhou Dynasty's ritual and music civilization, the Qin and Han dynasties' institutional culture, or the Tang Dynasty's grand and open atmosphere and the poetic and dance styles that have been passed down through the ages, they all have an indelible impact on the birth and growth of China.
