To celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Royal Air Force, actor Ewan and his brother, former Royal Air Force pilot Colin McGregor, took to the skies in the world's most iconic aircraft. This will be a magical adventure as the brothers experience aerial combat from every era of Royal Air Force history, starting with dogfights from World War I, through the victories of the Few and the bravery of the Bomber Boys during World War II, and up to the Cold War and today's supersonic jets. Along the way, they will encounter some remarkable men and women. They will explore great moments such as the Battle of Britain and the Berlin Airlift, and will uncover little-known acts of heroism. It is a story of wondrous machines and epic battles, but most importantly, it is a story about people, whose courage and ingenuity have been at the heart of the Royal Air Force for 100 years.
