Video information

For millennia, the African savannah has witnessed an unchanging, cruel dance. Due to human hunting and land development, the lion population has drastically declined, and their habitat has continuously shrunk. The territory of the lioness Matito and her pride has been challenged by a migrating lion pack. In the process of fighting for their territory, Matito lost her male lion and was forced to flee with her three cubs in search of new territory. During their crossing of a river, one of the cubs perished, but Matito and the remaining two cubs successfully reached a small island called "Duba." After resting and recuperating, a herd of wildebeests, also forced to migrate, arrived on the island. Matito gradually mastered the technique of hunting wildebeests, while continuously evading the pursuit of other lion packs and facing competition from hyenas for food. Is Matito, the "single mother," and her cubs a reflection of the last lions on Earth? The former "king of beasts" now struggles soHardshiply for survival.
