Through heartfelt, in-depth interviews, each coach reveals pivotal moments in their personal lives and careers that ultimately shaped their coaching philosophies. The featured coaches include Doc Rivers of the Los Angeles Clippers; Jill Ellis, the two-time FIFA Women's World Cup champion coach (also the most decorated coach in U.S. soccer history); José Mourinho, the Premier League manager and one of the most acclaimed football coaches of all time; Patrick Mouratoglou, the renowned tennis coach of Serena Williams; and Don Staley, Hall of Fame basketball player and coach.
