China has a long history and a profound cultural heritage. Many famous pavilions have been left behind since ancient times, and they have now become treasures of Chinese culture. Throughout history, scholars and literati have written countless classic poems about these famous pavilions with their pens, which have been passed down to the present day and become an integral part of Chinese culture, deeply ingrained in the hearts of every Chinese person. In 2007, at the annual meeting of the Professional Committee for the Protection of Historical and Cultural Pavilions under the Chinese Society of Cultural Relics and Ancient Architecture, the top ten historical and cultural pavilions in China were confirmed. They are: Yellow Crane Tower, Yueyang Tower, Tengwang Pavilion, Daguan Pavilion, Penglai Pavilion, Guanque Tower, Tianxin Pavilion, Yuejiang Pavilion, Zhonggu Pavilion, and Tianyi Pavilion.
