Starting today, the Shandong specialty food documentary *Shandong Flavors* officially premieres on the documentary channel of Tencent Video. *Shandong Flavors* is a Shandong-style culinary documentary jointly produced by the Shandong Provincial Department of Commerce, Shandong Cultural Tourism Group, Shandong Cultural Tourism Media Group, Shandong Cultural Tourism Media Group Cultural Communication Co., Ltd., and Shandong Yingxun Cultural Communication Co., Ltd. The first season of *Shandong Flavors* focuses its lens on the most distinctive and representative local delicacies from various regions of Shandong, showcasing them from multiple aspects, including ingredient selection, preparation, craftsmanship, geography, seasonal factors, local culture, the emotions of shopkeepers and diners, and the stories behind them. It connects Shandong's unique culinary delights with the culture of the Qilu region, exploring the local customs and traditions of the Qilu land and documenting the distinctive Shandong cuisine. The first season of *Shandong Flavors* consists of 10 episodes, with each episode focusing on a single theme. Each episode features one main ingredient to illustrate the diverse flavors that have evolved in different regions of the Qilu land, presenting viewers with a fresh audio-visual feast. Starting today, two episodes will be updated every Tuesday at noon, with the premiere episodes being *Starting with a Chicken* and *Rich Lamb Fragrance*.
