"Chinese Wine" explores the lifestyle and changes in living scenes shaped by wine, starting from the perspective of taste. It covers China as well as famous wine-producing regions such as Japan, Spain, and Bordeaux in France. The program selects nearly 10 famous Chinese wines, including Moutai, Yanghe, Changcheng Wine, Jiuguijiu, and Kong Yijie, to explore the secrets of fine wines under different terroirs at home and abroad. Rooted in the brewing civilization of China, the program is based on the brewing philosophy of "Heaven-made Fine Wine" and "Following Nature's Way," conveying the brewing techniques, wine-drinking etiquette, wine art, and stories of Chinese fine wines. From an anthropological perspective, it explores the relationship between wine and people, aiming to uncover the secrets of the aroma of fine wines and decode the mysteries of their flavors.
