To widely, deeply, and at a high level promote and introduce China's agricultural product geographical indications, the documentary series *Source Taste of China* carefully selected the most representative agricultural products with Chinese characteristics from the national geographical indication agricultural products already registered by the Ministry of Agriculture. Six filming teams crossed thousands of mountains and rivers, spending over two years shooting and conducting on-site interviews in more than 300 counties, towns, and villages across 25 provinces. Using cinematic language, they recorded the most distinctive ingredients from various parts of China, as well as the mountainous landscapes, geography, ecosystems, and cultural stories behind them. The series produced seven episodes of *Source Taste of China*, allowing hundreds of millions of viewers to follow the documentary's lens and experience the picturesque landscapes and deep nostalgia, while savoring the authentic flavors nurtured by the land that has fostered five thousand years of Chinese civilization.
