The 2,500-year-old Confucian philosophy has laid the foundation for Shandong's refined culinary orientation, "not being satisfied with coarse food or simple dishes." The rich variety of ingredients has also inspired the diverse cooking techniques of Shandong, forming distinct and unique culinary cultures in each city. The second season of *Shandong Flavors* consists of ten episodes, following the thread of cities to explore the characteristic cuisines of ten cities: Jinan, Zibo, Weifang, Dezhou, Rizhao, Dongying, Linyi, Tai'an, Qufu, and Rongcheng. In ancient alleys and bustling shopping malls, one dish after another, whether a grand feast or a small snack, evokes the vibrant city life and tells the story of the enduring cultural heritage of each city. It is these flavors filled with memories that make us travel far and share this journey together. The second season of *Shandong Flavors* is a large-scale culinary documentary produced by the Shandong Provincial Department of Commerce and Shandong Cultural Tourism Group, and jointly produced by Shandong Cultural Tourism Media Group, Shandong Cultural Tourism Media Group Cultural Communication Co., Ltd., and Shandong Yingxun Cultural Communication Co., Ltd. It reflects the culinary culture of the Qi and Lu regions.
